First you need to get an account with an aggregator, or a service that pulls all your RSS feeds together in one place. A very popular aggregator that we recommend is Bloglines. There are many others and you can read wikipedia’s entry on aggregators to learn more. So sign up with Bloglines and click on Add Feed. Add the URL (web address) for this blog (auleadership.wordpress.com). If you wish, add your other favorite Leadership bloggers and your favorite news sources.

Notifier
Next, if you don’t want to go to Bloglines to read your RSS feeds, you can choose one of the notifiers to tell you when something is new. You can choose to get a notification in your email, in your web browser, or in your operating system. It’s that simple!
